ONLINE REGISTRATION

The fastest way is to schedule the exam by registering online. To begin with the registration process, you have to log onto PSI’s official website. Fill out the registration form associated with the Oklahoma examinations.

Complete and submit the registration form along with your information to PSI online. Online registration is available 24 hours a day.

TELEPHONE REGISTRATION

STEP 5: ON THE EXAMINATION DAY

Once you have scheduled your cosmetology exam, the next is to take the exam. On the examination day, the candidate is required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the appointed time. If you are late, you may not be allowed inside the exam center and may forfeit your registration fee.

The document you have to bring with you to the examination center is the following:

  • A government-issued ID with a photo and your signature that is valid and non-expired, such as a passport, state identification, or driver’s license.

STEP 6: TAKE THE EXAM

The next step is to take the Oklahoma Cosmetology State Board Exam. The exam consists of 2 portions. They are:

  • NIC theory exam.
  • NIC practical exam.

The Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology uses NIC examinations.

STEP 7: RESULTS ANALYSIS
